# Handee Platform Went Live

Handee, compliance-gated vendor management for multi-site facility teams, went live.

Facility teams running more than one site all hit the same wall. Every contractor needs current trade credentials, insurance and, depending on the trade, a registration like Safe Electric, RGI or Gas Safe. Those expire constantly, differ by jurisdiction, and today they are tracked by hand across email and spreadsheets. Miss one lapse and the liability lands on the operator.

Handee was built to close that gap by making compliance a property of the system, not a task someone had to remember.

**How it worked**

1. Vendors uploaded their credentials once. Handee verified them against the relevant register.
2. When you dispatched work, it only ever reached vendors who were verified for that site's jurisdiction and trade.
3. The instant a credential lapsed, that vendor was suspended automatically, and restored when they renewed.

On top of that, quotes were normalised across vendors so you could compare like-for-like and benchmark costs across your portfolio.

At launch it was **live in Ireland and the UK**, with the compliance engine covering GB, Northern Ireland and Scotland.

**Pricing:** Operators started free (Starter). Vendors listed free (Standard). Paid tiers added scale and analytics.

Handee was retired on 30 August 2026.
