Get your team's time back from admin, AI guesswork and software that breaks.

Admin eats hours. Staff use ChatGPT with no shared rules. The app you built breaks. Nobody senior looks after the software the business runs on. We're two founders in Ireland who fix that. We automate the boring work, teach your people to use AI well, repair what was built badly, and look after the software once it runs. A founder does the work. Every service has a published price, and the price we agree is fixed. An AI Quick-Start Assessment costs €495, excluding VAT, for a half day. A written handover comes with every engagement.

Does this sound like you?

Four common problems, each with a fixed-price starting point.

You may recognise one of these, or all four. Each problem has its own fixed-price starting point, and each comes with something in writing. Prices exclude VAT. The pricing page shows how VAT applies to each.

Admin eats our week, and nobody here owns technology

Re-keying orders, chasing reports, reconciling spreadsheets. You suspect software could do it, but not which or how.

Start with: AI Readiness Discovery, from €4,500 (5 consultant days over 4 to 8 weeks).

You get: a shortlist of opportunities with effort and value, a costed roadmap and an implementation plan.

Smaller first step: AI Quick-Start Assessment, €495 for a half day, ending in a written one-page plan. The full fee counts towards your next piece of work with us.

Our staff use ChatGPT, and we have no rules for it

People paste in customer emails and price lists, and you don't know what's safe.

Start with: AI Literacy Workshop, €950 for a half day, 3 hours, for up to 12 people, with practice on your own documents.

You get: what the tools are good and bad at, safe use with company data, and an AI use policy draft.

For the leadership team first: the Leadership AI Briefing, €450 for 2 hours.

We built an app, and now it breaks

Built with AI tools ("vibe coding"), by a freelancer who has moved on, or as a prototype that never went live.

Start with: Code Health Check, €1,450 for 3 days.

You get: the top ten fixes ranked by risk, a written report and a walkthrough.

Ready to go live? Choose our Prototype-To-Production Assessment, €2,450, ending in a fixed-price plan to production.

Our software runs the business, and nobody senior looks after it

You have a system, maybe developers or an agency, but no one to call when it fails or to check the work.

Start with: Software Concierge, from €450 a month. Its Essentials tier gives up to 4 hours a month, a next business day response target and a 3-month minimum term.

Or: Technical Leadership, €1,700 a month for up to 16 hours of advice: architecture decisions, review of your developers' or agency's work, and hiring help.

You have more than one problem? That's normal. Bring the list to the free call and we'll tell you which to tackle first and why. The AI Readiness Discovery takes in the first two together. It includes an AI literacy and governance gap check and a review of the processes AI or automation could improve.

None of these quite fits?

See every service and price, or take the AI readiness check and let your answers point the way.

How it works

From the first call to the written handover.

Three steps, from the first conversation to work you can run without us.

You deal with a founder at every step, and you know the price before any work begins.

1. A free 30-minute call with a founder

Bring your list. You get an honest answer: whether we can help, and where we would start. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you that.

2. A fixed scope at a fixed price

Before any work begins, you know what we'll do, what you'll get and what it costs. Scope and price are fixed: if the work takes us longer than planned, that's our cost, not yours. Dates are the one thing we can't always promise, because some things sit outside anyone's control. When a date has to move, we tell you early, and the price stays the same.

3. A founder does the work and you get a written handover

You deal with the two of us, not a team you haven't met. A written handover comes with every engagement, so you can carry on with us or without us. Then you decide: stop there, take the next problem at a fixed price, or have us look after things monthly.

Why we work this way

We worked together for nearly six years at EVERYANGLE, a computer vision retail-analytics company. Again and again, software bought to save time became part of the problem. Technology doesn't save time on its own: automate a messy process, and you get the same mess, faster. We don't do transformation programmes or platforms full of features you'll never use, and we don't resell one vendor's AI tool.

We start with the problem

We look at how your people, processes and systems fit together. Often the fix is to remove a step.

We test before we promise

Every engagement includes a small trial of the fix, run on your real work rather than on a sample.

We tackle boring problems

Admin is nobody's favourite thing to fix, but it eats hours. So we give it the attention it needs.

What this looks like in practice

We built Slipway, an availability and crewing app, for the fire station where Piotr serves as a retained firefighter. The crew use it at no charge. Members book on or off against their rota from their phones, even with no signal. They also ask a colleague to cover part of their rostered week. The app sends a push notification when the fire appliance is short of crew. Before it, the crew worked from a WhatsApp group, a wall planner and memory. Slipway went from a prototype the station reviewed to an installed release in 13 days. The whole station has used it since that release on 5 September 2026. Read how we built Slipway

Who you work with

There are two of us, and you'll work with both.

Aditya Kannan

Your one point of contact, from the first call to the handover.

At EVERYANGLE, Aditya led AI and computer vision roll-outs across more than 1,000 retail stores. That meant a lot of time watching operations teams re-enter the same data into three systems and reconcile mismatched invoices by hand. He owned stakeholder communication and executive updates, brought in Agile delivery, and tracked risks and return on investment across the projects he managed. As project manager there, he improved delivery speed by 30%, cut execution costs by 27% and reduced scope creep by 35%. He keeps your project on scope and on price, and tells you early if a date has to move.

Piotr Gospodarczyk

Does the technical work and runs the training.

Piotr was EVERYANGLE's founding CTO for six years, and was named in the CTO Craft 100 for 2024/2025. He has taken seven systems from first commit to first production release. He brings 15+ years of technical work in cloud infrastructure architecture, Kubernetes, event-driven systems and security-first development. He has built systems handling millions of events a day, and built and led remote engineering teams across Europe with 90%+ retention.

Grants worth looking into

Irish grants that can pay part of the cost.

Some Irish agencies can pay part of the cost of outside expertise, off-the-shelf software and staff time spent in AI training. Here is what we found, as a starting point for your own research.

Working out where digital and AI fit

Enterprise Ireland's Digital Discovery offers up to 80% grant funding, to a maximum of €5,000, for an external digital expert for between 3 and 7 days. It is for Enterprise Ireland clients: Irish-owned firms in manufacturing or internationally traded services with 10 or more full-time staff, and high potential start-ups. Further conditions apply, and the Digital Discovery guide covers them.

A free audit for small firms

Your Local Enterprise Office's Digital for Business is a free digital/AI readiness audit. The Grow Digital Voucher can follow it, paying 50% of eligible costs, from €500 up to €5,000 per application and €5,000 at most in total. Both are for small enterprises with 1 to 50 paid employees that are not currently clients of Enterprise Ireland or IDA. Custom or bespoke software is not eligible, and further conditions apply: the Digital for Business and Grow Digital Voucher guide covers them.

Training your team

Skillnet Ireland's Upskill SME Training Grant helps a business recover the salary costs of employees for days spent in AI training, at €204.30 per training day per employee, subject to eligibility criteria. The yearly maximum is €5,000 for a micro firm, €15,000 for a small firm and €25,000 for a medium firm. Training fees are not eligible. Claims may be submitted up to 15 January 2027 for eligible training completed on or before 31 December 2026, and approvals stop sooner if the funding is fully committed. The Upskill SME Training Grant guide has the further conditions.

A larger, innovative project

Enterprise Ireland's Digital Process Innovation pays up to 50% of the eligible costs, with a maximum grant of €150,000, for eligible Enterprise Ireland clients, SMEs and large companies alike. The scheme's Terms of Reference add: "The Committee may offer grant at a lower rate than the maxima above." The project "must involve some level of innovation or risk of failure and must not be focused on routine operational changes or responding to changes in regulation". You cannot apply for less than €20,000 of eligible grant support, and you must apply before any work starts. The Digital Process Innovation guide has the further conditions.

This is information, not advice

The agencies decide who is eligible. We do not. Check the agency's own page before you plan around a scheme.
