About Wisdom Engineers.
Wisdom Engineers is a two-founder technical partner for Irish SMEs that know AI and software matter but have no senior technical lead. We teach your people, build what is worth building, rescue what was built badly, and keep it running. The founders are Aditya Kannan and Piotr Gospodarczyk. Prices are published, a written handover comes with every engagement, and a founder does the work. A first call with a founder is free and takes 30 minutes.
Who we are
There are two of us. You deal with both founders, not a team you have not met.
We worked together at EVERYANGLE, an AI and computer-vision retail-analytics company, for nearly six years. Again and again, we watched businesses buy software that promised to save time, then spend months installing it, training people around it and working around what it could not do. Technology does not save time on its own. So we start with the problem, not the tool.
Aditya leads client relationships, project management and customer success, so every client has one accountable person who is not writing the code. Piotr leads technical delivery and training.
Aditya Kannan

At EVERYANGLE, Aditya was Sales Administrator from April 2020, Project Coordinator from April 2021, and Project Manager from April 2023 to December 2025. He led AI and computer vision roll-outs across more than 1,000 retail stores, in programmes worth more than 8 million euro. He kept about 95% system uptime across distributed deployments.
He has watched operations teams re-enter the same data across three systems and reconcile mismatched invoices. As Project Manager, he managed teams across engineering, product, data science and outside vendors. He ran discovery workshops to define processes, KPIs and success metrics, and owned stakeholder communication and executive updates. He improved delivery speed by 30% through Agile implementation. He cut execution costs by 27% by improving processes, and reduced scope creep by 35% with structured governance.
He has an MSc in Supply Chain Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a BTech in Computer Science from Northern India Engineering College. On your project, he keeps the work on scope and on price, and tells you early if a date has to move.
Piotr Gospodarczyk
Does the technical work and runs the training.
Piotr was EVERYANGLE's founding CTO for six years, from March 2019 to November 2025, and was named in the CTO Craft 100 for 2024/2025. He joined with no prior computer-vision experience and led 10+ engineers across six countries. He brings 15+ years of technical work in cloud infrastructure architecture, Kubernetes, event-driven systems and security-first development. He has built systems handling millions of events a day, and built and led remote engineering teams across Europe with 90%+ retention.
He has taken six systems from first commit to first production release, at 4, 9, 13, 24, 57 and 100 days. Four of the six were in domains he had not worked in.
He has a QQI Level 6 Special Purpose Award in Training and Development, so the founder who trains your people also leads the technical work.
