Essentials covers support and small changes, monitoring and a monthly check-in. There is no fixed end date: each tier runs month to month, with no lock-in after a first minimum term.

On those pages, managed IT providers sold support but not builds. Development agencies sold builds but not operations. Software Concierge is monthly support from the people who also build software.

A founder does the work. Piotr Gospodarczyk, one of the two founders, leads technical delivery. Aditya Kannan, the other founder, leads client relationships and project management, so you have one accountable person who is not writing the code.
Work outside a tier is billed at our published day rate of €900, excluding VAT.
