What our AI and software work costs.
How much does an AI consultant cost in Ireland? With us, you can see every price before you call. A first call with a founder is free and takes 30 minutes. An AI Quick-Start Assessment costs €495 for a half day and gives you a written one-page plan. A full AI Readiness Discovery costs €4,500 (5 consultant days over 4 to 8 weeks) or €6,300 (7 consultant days over 4 to 8 weeks). Automating a workflow with AI starts at €2,500, and ongoing support starts at €450 a month. All prices exclude VAT, and every line in the tables below says how VAT applies. Most lines link to their service page, and the services page lists every service.

Founding-Client Offer
A discount for our first clients, in return for a case study.
The first 5 SME clients get 20% off any offer. In exchange, we ask for a published case study that names your business, and a reference call. We are asking because we are new to this market as a services company, and we need proof we can show. Nothing that names you is published without your written approval.
How VAT applies
When VAT applies, and when training can be exempt.
Our prices exclude VAT. The standard rate in Ireland is 23%. Training given by a company can be exempt from VAT. It must meet all five of Revenue's conditions:
- it is vocational
- it improves vocational skills
- the skills are transferable
- it is a structured programme
- there is a clear trainee and trainer relationship
That is why the workshops and the Education Track are marked as possibly exempt. Advice, audits and management consultancy are taxable, so assessments, builds, Software Concierge and Technical Leadership carry VAT at 23%. Training bundled with software takes the software's VAT treatment.
